Parma Ham Pizza: Made with Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and parma ham. Parma Ham is a delicious dry cured ham, richly flavoured with delicate pink meat marbled with pure white fat. You eat it on its own or as toppings on pizza. Here the delicious ham compliment the pizza nicely. Advise not to heat the pizza with the ham on top as it will burn the thin ham and destroy the taste.

Mushroom Tagliatelle : The Tagliatelle is a type of pasta that is long , thin and wide. Can be served with a creamy sauce and cheese, this is a traditional type of pasta from #Italy. Chef serve authentic Italian pasta which is a delight. The mushroom is generous and the cheese sauce enhance the taste even more.

Pocket Pizza with Chicken Cacciatore: Chef’s new creation and he wants to introduce this very popular Italian items in Singapore and hope to make it as popular. Easy Pizza Pockets come together in a snap and are totally delicious. Fill them up with your favorite pizza toppings for the perfect sandwich. Cacciatore means hunter in Italian, and alla cacciatora translates to a ‘hunter-style’ meal with chicken , herbs, vegetables etc. making it delicious and easy to carry and eat.
