Chilli Crab Pasta-Western Fusion, we get chunky crab meat with this Chilli Crab Pasta. Chilli crab – just a mention of this particular dish and anyone would’ve immediately associated it with sunny Singapore. What one could consider as our “national dish”, this dish has been made into countless fusion dishes across the island with the chilli crab pasta being one of them.

Lamb Shank Mandhi – Arabic, Lamb Mandi Rice (Arabian Spicy Roasted Lamb Meat Served Over Saffron Infused Basmati Rice) Lamb Mandi Rice Recipe. Mandi rice or Mandhi rice, also known as Haneeth, is the traditional spicy rice dish that very popular in the rest of the Arabian Peninsula and in many other Arab countries, such as Egypt and Syria. The word mandi comes from the Arabic word nada, meaning dew and reflects the moist ‘dewy’ texture of the meat.

Opeh Special Lobster,  big lobster cooked in chili sauce in traditional asian cooking, and soak in delicious sauce. Eat with the dry mee hoon contained in special leaf folded to the shape of a boat.

Cholek Buah-Asian(Mix fruit with prawn sauce) What is unique about this, is the prawn paste sauce, it makes anything delicious when you eat with it. Defintely very refreshing after all the meat and spicy dishes.

Pistachio Baklava-Arabic This baklava tastes deeply and richly of pistachio nuts and butter. It has a purity of flavor that, while still quite sweet, is never cloying. This very traditional recipe is from one of the most celebrated baklava
