Dashi Kaiseki Mai is the Marusaya Group’s latest and greatest restaurant, specialising in dishes incorporating, you guessed it, dashi. It comes as no surprise though seeing how the group has been a purveyor of bonito and bonito stock since 1962.
Touted as having the “best value omakase experience in Singapore”, guests to the restaurant can expect authentic Japanese dishes made from top-notch ingredients such as Wagyu beef, sea urchin and aged bonito, perfectly paired with a wide variety of sake.
