Designed to take food connoisseurs by pleasant surprise, three internationally renowned guest chefs will be cooking alongside Blue Lotus’ resident Chef Chai Jih Nan and Owner & Culinary Director, Ricky Ng, to develop distinctive menus. International Master Chef Nikita O’Neil Skippings and special guest chef Lorraine Kenlock will head the Blue Lotus Kitchen + Bar (Alexandra), while International Master Chef Jacky Shaw will head the Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House (Tanjong Pagar).

Relying on their relentless passion, dedication and culinary roots from the Caribbean, expect a colourful symphony of flavours with Master Chef Nikita’s and Chef Kenlock’s vast range of experience that will satisfy the sophisticated palette. Together, they will create a special 3-course set lunch menu and 5-course set dinner menu featuring local ingredients and dishes focused around the larder of Blue Lotus and sustainable elements like the Turks Island Conch Broth and Dumplings, Stew Oxtail with Butterbeans, South Caicos Fish and Grits, and many more.

Over at Blue Lotus Chinese Grill House (Tanjong Pagar), the highly-acclaimed and China’s Golden Chef of 2017, Master Chef Jacky Shaw will join Blue Lotus’ resident Chef Chai Jih Nan to showcase the best of Hunan cuisine for their Lunch and Dinner set menu. Look forward to indulging in an abundant of mouthwatering dishes echoed on traditional Asian flavours like the Hot and Sour Tiger Prawn & Hokkaido Scallop, Braised Abalone with Pork Ribs in Baby Ginger Sauce, Hunan Spicy Duck, Slow Cooked Waygu Oxtail with Preserved Vegetable Soya Sauce Fried Rice and many more.
