It was a spectacular evening that brought a whole new guest experience at Faber Peak Singapore, to mark the 45th anniversary of the iconic Singapore Cable Car. On the eve of the official launch, One Faber Group unveiled their line-up of year-long activities that will be rolled out the next day to the public.

Guests arrived at the Cable Car Deck and were greeted by vintage cable car cabins at the photo point. Besides taking photographs in the cabins, they got to preview a new Facebook app “Singapore Cable Car AR Filter Experience” that showed the evolution of cable car cabins over four generations. They also received the “Explorer Passport”, a self-guided activity that takes participants across five cable car stations from Mount Faber to Sentosa Island. After the launch ceremony, guests adjourned to the garden area beside Arbora restaurant, where they sampled the new anniversary menu comprising a dessert “Mighty Rainbow Cake” and two new craft beer flavours.

At 7.30pm, guests gathered under the heart-shaped Angsana tree with bated breath, before the premiere of “Miraculous” finally unfolded and dazzled the wide-eyed audience. As guests departed from Faber Peak on a cable car, they were delighted one more time by the beautiful facade light-up of Faber Peak – installed especially for the anniversary – that ended the evening on a truly spellbinding note.

Over 100 guests consisting of members of the media, influencers, business partners attended the launch event. They witnessed the launch ceremony where Mr Buhdy Bok, Managing Director of One Faber Group – together with four Board Members, set their palm prints on the launch pad to officially kick-off the year-long celebration.

Perfect as a refreshing drink in the day.
  • The Summer Brew (ABV 5%) is a fresh German style brew of wheat beer with recognisable banana and wheat flavours, as well as subtle hints of clove and vanilla for those with a discerning palate. The use of Pacifica™ hops injects a floral aroma and a citrusy note reminiscent of orange marmalade.
