Usher in the Year of the Dragon with cherished loved ones at award-winning Hai Tien Lo. Eight thoughtfully curated set menus have been presented by Hai Tien Lo’s Executive Chef Ricky Leung. Starting from $128 per person, indulge in extensive set menus which feature elevated Cantonese cuisine with a modern twist.

Highlights include Chef Ricky’s signature Sliced Crispy Barbecued Suckling Pig and Fish Roe Sauce accompanied with Deep-fried Crispy Chicken Wing stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Fish Maw and Crab Meat, the Braised South Africa Whole Abalone with Truffles and Crispy Sea Cucumber as well as the Double-boiled Fish Maw with Bamboo Pith and Dried Scallops in Fish Bone Broth. Set menus are available for dine-in from 22 January to 5 February 2024.

A la carte specialties are also available during the Lunar New Year period from 22 January to 8 February 2024 such as the Braised Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest with Lobster and Bamboo Pith ($128 per person), Barbecued Crispy Whole Suckling Pig ($438 whole, $228 half) and more.

Usher in the Lunar New Year with Keyaki’s Japanese-inspired Yu Sheng platters. The luxurious Premium Yu Sheng features choice ingredients such as Lobster, Maguro, Sake, Hamachi, lkura, and Uni, scattered with gold and silver flakes, whilst the Wafu Yu Sheng showcases sashimi of Maguro, Sake, Hamachi, Salmon, Yellowtail and Tobiko accompanied with jellyfish and shredded pumpkin.

Keyaki’s Premium Yu Sheng ($388, 6 to 10 persons) and Wafu Yu Sheng ($168, 3 to 5 persons) for dine-in only during lunch and dinner.
