Char Siu Pork Belly – $19
Sous vide kurobuta pork belly glazed with housemade char siu sauce served with pickled cucumbers and apple mustard sauce
Foie Gras – $23
Pan-seared foie gras with toasted sourdough, pear and fermented blueberry jus
Ngoh Hiang – $15
Served with housemade belachan and black sauce.
Red Snapper $27
Pan-seared snapper with black assam sauce served with barley, ladies finger and a caramelized pineapple
Duck Breast $25
Sous vide for 3 hours in herbs and spices finished with a pan sear, served with coffee glance, potatoes and carrot puree
