Delight in the Sho amazing Carnivore seasonal special Shoyu-Glazed Pork Ribs.

Well known for offering a buffet of a wide variety of meats expertly grilled and carved right onto the plates, Carnivore will be launching seasonal special Shoyu-Glazed Pork Ribs that is marinated with shoyu sauce and other herbs before roasting. This will be served on a board like the beef short ribs / beef brisket and is available from Jan 2022 to Mar 2022.

This seasonal item will be served in addition to the regular offerings of the authentic #Brazilian Churrasco (barbecue) experience.

Beef:

Picanha (Rump Cap), Alcatra (Beef Rump), Cupim (Beef Hump), Short Ribs, Tenderloin Wrapped in Bacon (Fridays & Saturdays only) , Brisket

Lamb: Boneless Leg of Lamb

Chicken:

Boneless Chicken Thigh, Chicken Heart, Chicken Wrapped in Bacon

Fish: Butterfish

Pork: Roast Pork, Housemade Sausage,Pork Jowl with Mixed-Herbs

Others: Grilled Pineapple, Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)

Sauces: Barbecue Sauce (Housemade) Capsicum Vinaigrette (Housemade) Chimichurri (Housemade)

Condiments:
Farofa, a smoky and slightly salty sprinkle made with toasted cassava flour Grated Cheese
Pickled Onions
Black Pitted Olives

There is also a complete array of over 15 hot and cold salads, appetizers and dishes including Arroz Brasileiro (Brazilian Garlic Rice) and Brazil’s national dish Feijoada which is a hearty black bean and mixed meat stew.
