The young-looking Chef Jay has over 18 years of culinary experience under his belt. He is an expert in the art of char-grilled and Western cuisines, and a firm believer that all memorable gourmet experiences lie in the simplicity and pureness of preparation. Prior to joining the creative culinary team at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, Chef Jay spent his formidable years in a number or renowned kitchens and restaurants, primarily under the guidance and tutelage of the illustrious Chef Otto Weibel.
