Alter Ego at Esplanade is a gastrobar facing the Marina Bay. A wide array of food menu and a full-fledged bar.

Food ranges from healthy poke bowl to pasta and local bar delights. The place transforms into a chic lounge in the night time.

We recommend the Pizza Fries here which is quite addictive and the Buffalo Wings. The Buffalo wings here taste great without overwhelming sauce and spicy chilli that covers the original taste. So, in my opinion, these are one of the best in Singapore.

If you are into Pasta, get their Aglio Olio with Grilled Prawn, healthy and not too much seasoning to retain the natural taste.

This place is well known for its Bowls. Try their Steak Rice Bowls, made with a grilled rib-eye steak.

Go for their Chicken burger as it is quite a big serving, complete with a generous serving of crispy fries.
It is made with crispy fried chicken thigh meat top with 3 cheese sauces.

This place serves a great selection of drinks, so don’t miss out. Try their cocktail.
We ordered the Mojitos (with Passion Fruit) and Frozen Daiquiri with Strawberry.
Daiquiri is a family of cocktails whose main ingredients are rum, citrus juice, and sugar served in a martini glass

Booze your way into the nights with their range of more than 20 craft & commercial beers.
