FairPrice Group launches Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat, a ‘Purpose-Driven Retail’ space focusing on supporting home-grown food brands

Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat (“Food Folks”) is not only Singapore’s first locally-focused food retail and F&B blended space, it is also the only Hawker x Street x Mod-Sin food hall housed in a gazetted monument.

‘Purpose-Driven Retail’ – Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat provides a launch pad to help local food retail and F&B brands grow and establish their brand presence; the space has been thoughtfully designed to inspire the community with positive and meaningful experiences around the love of all things food

Consumers can enjoy delicious meals from 10 F&B brands run by a mix of relatively new foodpreneurs and second or third-generation owners who are modernising their brands.

(red/brown/purple mixed). Smoked Duck Rice Roll and Spicy Shrimp Rice Roll.
Food Folks exclusive: Nasi Lemak with Curry Chicken Bento

@hungryforsmol SMOL Soul-enriching and smile-inducing, its menu strives to redefine
the meaning of comfort and healthy food. Look out for their
signature grain bowls such as Kena Salmon.
Food Folks exclusive: S’tay The Night, a vegan grain bowl with
Jackfruit Satay

Creme and Cone
This will be the brand’s first and flagship gelateria! A new concept
from the folks at Butter Studio. Each treat is handcrafted with no artificial flavourings, and is low
in fat and sugar yet creamy and delicious.

The Rest of Lau Pa Sat will reopen in 2021 so look out for more delicious stall coming onboard.
