@gaopengcuisine Celebrating this joyous Mid-Autumn, Gao Peng Cuisine has launched its artisan hand-crafted snowy mooncakes. Highlighting the king of fruits, (Mao Shan Wang) durian. Something lighter and lower in cholesterol and sugar, they also launch a new flavor using purple sweet potato as the filling. Apart from enchanting and exquisite snowy mooncake series, Gao Peng Cuisine also offers traditional baked mooncake.

Aroma Musang King Durian Snowskin Mooncake:

Using the Musang King durian these mooncakes are 100% durian fillings. Starting from the skin, which is curated specially using different mixture of flour to get the chewy yet soft texture that enhances the bite with every mouthful. Each mooncake is hand-crafted meticulously with love in Gao Peng Cuisine. Take a bite, you will be transformed into paradise with flavourful durian aroma and creamy filling. Purple Sweet Potato with Custard Snowskin Mooncake: – ($48+)

Lower in cholesterol and high in antioxidants, this will boast your health by reducing blood pressure and blood sugar. Melon seeds are added into the sweet potato paste to further enhance the flavour and texture. As the purple sweet potato is sweet in nature, there is no need for additional sugar. Wrapped right in the middle of the filling is a Gao Peng Cuisine’s special custard filling infused with salted egg yolk for the hint of savoury taste. Every mouthful has the perfect sweet and savoury medley.
