Good fortune and abundance await with extensive buffets at the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Silver Shell Café. In addition to a selection of seafood on ice, Asian roast meats, and Western delights, look out for seasonal experiences such as making your own Lo Hei and live stations during selected buffets, as well as an assortment of Chinese New Year treats. Savour set menus with auspicious dishes such as Prosperity Fruit Yu Sheng, Steamed Soon Hock, Pik Feng Tang Chicken, and more, available for dinner (6pm to 10pm) from 23 to 26 January 2020, from S$288++ (2-3 persons).

Seafood lovers can indulge in the Crab Ah! Set Menu featuring four crab dishes such as Crabmeat Seafood Broth, Crabmeat Wok-Tossed Fried Rice, and fresh crab prepared in one of four styles (Chilli, Black Pepper, Salted Egg, or Steamed), served with deep-fried mantou. Enjoy sumptuous reunions with buffets at J65 or celebrate with the culinary heritage of local dining institution Ah Hoi’s Kitchen. Over at Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore just off Orchard Road, J65’s buffets feature delectable items such as Sichuan Style Baked Salmon, Braised Pork Knuckle with Jade Abalone, Homemade Glutinous Rice Ball and more.
