EAGLEWINGS LOFT – NAUTICAL-THEMED CAFE AT KING ALBERT PARK RESIDENCES MALL

EAGLEWINGS GROUP is well known for their EagleWings Yacht Charters and EagleWings Cinematics.
We recently visited their F&B business EagleWings Loft which is located at 9 King Albert Park.
This was opened in 2017 and they have established a name for themselves over the years with the steady improvement of their menu.

EagleWings Loft features a casual yet sophisticated ambience. The café aims to bring diners the finest cuisines from EagleWings yacht that travels around the region.
The menu will take diners on a colorful discovery of the best of the East & West cuisines.

Their signature dish “Lobster Risotto” $39 is a fusion of the finest catch from the sea imbued with wholesome grain rice from land.

Creamy Risotto with Succulent Lobster and Scallop Chunks, Prawn and Tobiko, Cooked in Flavourful Lobster Broth
Therefore this is a MUST HAVE here, and it has become their signature dish.
We tried it and I can say so far it is the Best Lobster Risotto in Singapore.

Next will be their Truffled Blackbeard Pasta, $18
Squid Ink Pasta in Truffle-infused Mushroom Bacon Cream Sauce, served with Grilled Prawns and Crushed Walnuts

Foie Gras Wagyu Burger $28, Juicy chargrilled wagyu beef patty, pan-seared foie gras, caramelised onions and sauteed mushrooms all sandwiched between toasted buttery brioche buns.

Lobster Submarine $22 is a crowd favourite.
Poached Lobster mixed with Tobiko, Cubed Cucumbers, Pineapples, Cherry Tomatoes, Lemon Mayo in a toasted roll served with Salad
