Conveniently located trackside, Edge offers guests a perfect pit stop from the exhilarating action with an indulgent Sunday Brunch on 22 September 2019 before the late-night revelry culminates on race day. The buffet will showcase tantalising dishes including Melted Swiss Raclette Cheese with Traditional Accompaniments, Sous Vide Citrus Thyme Crayfish with Vanilla Pear Puree and Basil Oil, Pan-seared Foie Gras with Passion Fruit Apple Chutney and Brioche Bun, Beef Prime Ribs with Bordelaise Jus and Ma La Pepper Crabs. The gastronomic experience concludes with a glorious selection of sweet treats including Chocolate Taco, Purple Velvet with Blueberry Cream Cheese, and Flambéed Honey Pineapple with Creamy Jivara Valrhona.

Mouth-watering delights include tasty Lemongrass Crayfish Skewers, Homemade Sausage Platter freshly-made in-house by Master Butcher Kurt Roelli and the indulgent Pacific Wagyu Beef Burger.
Chocolate lovers will be captivated by the luxurious Manjari Caramel Pear Entremet comprising a creamy mousse made of Manjari 64% dark chocolate, almond dacquoise sponge and crispy feuilletine. Another special creation inspired by the famed Night Race is the F1 Hendrick’s Twist crafted by Atrium’s head mixologist Nino Angelo. Available at SGD18 per cocktail, this refreshing concoction is made up of lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves that have been infused in Hendrick’s Gin for three days. Elevating its fragrance are Asian-inspired ingredients of ginger, pandan and honey which pleasingly balance out the citrusy notes.
Guests can look forward to letting their hair down for three consecutive nights, from 20 to 22 September, between 5 to 8pm at Atrium with DJ Victoria. She will be spinning a diverse fresh repertoire ranging from Big Room and Future House to Tech House and Trance classic.
