Having an exclusive partnership with Okayama cattle farmers, they import entire carcasses, handpicked and delicately processed by experienced Japan-trained butchers, so that diners can enjoy the taste of the different cuts.

Other than steaks that are ‘caramelised’ on high-intense charcoal grill imported from Japan, the menu also features some of American all-time favourites such as burgers, chops and wholesome side dishes with a Japanese touch.
