Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) today unveiled Pokémon Explorer (PEX), a new interactive play activity developed in collaboration with The Pokémon Company to encourage exploration within the lifestyle complex. PEX adds to the range of play activities available at Jewel, including the Pokémon Parade running every weekend throughout the month of July 2019.

After selecting a partner Pokémon at the start of gameplay, players will visit ten spots around Jewel to complete missions requiring speed, agility and luck. Missions include helping Whimsicott collect berries at Canopy Park’s Foggy Bowls and catching Magikarp at the HSBC Rain Vortex. Through PEX, players will get to interact with various parts of Jewel, including Canopy Park and the Shiseido Forest Valley, in different ways and create shareable social media-worthy moments.

PEX is available on the Jewel mobile app, available for free through the App Store and Google Play Store. Players must be physically present at Jewel to access PEX from 10am to 12am daily.
