Savour fragrant Stir-fried Scallops and Cuttlefish with Seasonal Greens and succulent Wok-fried Australian Beef Tenderloin with Cashew Nuts in Black Pepper Sauce before a perfect finale of Steamed Glutinous Rice with Mushrooms and a sweet finish of Chilled Coral Seaweed with Peach Resin and Crispy Sesame Pastry with Almond.
