Publico has it all covered for you this Halloween weekend from 29th – 31st October, with the Garden of Good and Evil, a Halloween Weekend, together with Bacardi to commemorate the joie de vivre of food, drinks, and ambience to really get your cauldron bubbling.

Unleash your desire for the dark side by indulging in the seductive concoction of a dark cocktail The Sinister Savannah – the bartenders’ very own rendition of Evil. Or embrace the good side by enjoying a smooth and refreshing cocktail The Garden of Light, the bartender’s very own interpretation of Good. All concoctions are the brainchild of Publico’s creative bar team.

Two areas have been created to manifest the juxtaposition of Good and Evil. Choose to relax in the tranquil garden at the Terraza or chill out by the spine-tingling dark side at the restaurant area.

Savour two limited-time specials. From the depths of Robertson Quay, Relish a gorgeously dark, briny, and earthy Char-Grilled Octopus in Black Ink Risotto ($36++), accompanied with delicious Potato Croquette and Smoky Harissa. This eye catching Italian delight promises a characteristically rich flavour to kick off your Halloween evening. Or explore Vitello Tonnato ($28++), a poached loin of veal drenched in a harmonious marriage of herb-marinated Tuna Crudo, Tuna Mayo and Caperberries. Surely a wholesome treat for the night.

Patrons are encouraged to dress to the nines, in themed costumes depicting vintage glamour of the 1980s, take a selfie with themed props and hashtag #PublicoGarden. Two best-dressed patrons will be selected to win a $200 Publico dining voucher and a bottle of Bacardi 8-Year-Old Premium Aged Rum each.
